Get matched with top wood flooring installation pros in Capitola, CA

"I had already visited 3 hardwood floor businesses, and still wasn’t sure what kind of floor I desired and didn’t receive much help. I had read reviews on all 3 companies. I went back on Yelp and read about 5 star flooring. The reviews were very impressive, almost too good to be true, so I decided to make a visit. The owner of the business, Joe, was there when I arrived. He was very welcoming and listened to my concerns about what I expected in my new wood. He then walked me over to the bamboo wood and I absolutely fell in love with it. He sent out an estimator the next day and got back to me within a few days with a bid. Truth be told, I was shocked to see how reasonable it was, compared to my other bid. After the wood came in his crew started work right away. These 3 men were very professional, answered any questions I had during the process with patience, worked very long hours and left everything tidy when they left. They did a beautiful job with the installation. One thing I would like to add is there was minor damage to an area of the house and I emailed Joe about it. He came out to the house right away and had it repaired the same day. I am very happy with 5 Star Flooring, and would definitely recommend them. I encourage everyone to get their 3 bids in, then save the best for last “5 Star Flooring.” You won’t be disappointed."

"A very responsive and knowledgeable company. I worked with Miguel and he came over and gave a very reasonable estimate. His team came in and plastic'd over everything (and I mean *everything*) so that no dust ended up on our pictures, kitchen, or anywhere else for that matter. The end result was better than I had expected - 20 years of life, dogs, beach sand, etc had brought many areas of the floor down to bare wood and very dulled finish (where any finish was left) - the brought it back to its former glory. Great work and I will definitely call them again if needed."

"I started with looking for someone to install flooring we had picked out somewhere else, but had not purchase yet. Dan came over and was willing to do the job, but when we showed him the sample of what we thought we wanted he suggested we take a look at the samples he had. We are so glad we went with his suggestion, our floors are beautiful! The workmanship of his crew is top notch and fast. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International."

"Quickly and simply installed my floor in a matter of hours. Very kind and hard workers. Price was almost the same as what was quoted on the phone."

"

Good - the carpet is great and they did a fantastic job on the installation. It looks wonderful.

The only annoying thing is that they charge extra for everything, including $100 a room to move and replace your furniture. That seemed like a lot. We are seniors and can't move it ourselves, and $100 for both rooms would have seemed more reasonable. But the installers were excellent - they did everything right and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

"Todd quoted and installed my floors in less than a month. He gave us the best quote we received and walked us through the entire process from start to finish in a clear and concise way. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted from matching finish with our existing wood floor to making sure the install was done 100% perfectly in a timely fashion. We are very happy with our new white oak floors an would highly recommend TRN flooring if you are looking to have new wood floors installed or refinished."

"Misa Acosta did an excellent job repairing the water damaged floor under the refrigerator. He even had to replace parts of the subfloor. He come out the next day and even worked on the weekend. He did not charge us extra for that and his price was lower than others. I highly recommend him."

"We chose Number One because of their reviews and because they had the best price and we are glad we did!  We had them remove old laminate floors in our Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom and install Tigerwood pre-finished engineered floors. One room was nailed and one room floated and both are perfect. The workers were punctual, professional, courteous and, best of all, they cleaned up after the job was done.  We would definitely use them again.
We also want to give kudos to the saleman.  Not only was he helpful and very responsive, but he took the time to get us actual samples prior to the job starting so we could match some other woodwork we were having done to the floor.
Number One is definitely #1 with us.
