Fixed several leaks in our existing tile roof after the hurricane removed and rebuilt a leaking chimney and corrected the problem is repainted sections of the house re-install decorative trim on existing garage doors and we moved some gutters they were creating leaking problems! We found LHS very easy to work with and did a great job for us and can highly recommend their work!"

"I had an unfinished kitchen for just over a year. I have had the worst luck w contractors. Before Ian, I started a remodel. The contractor demolished the kitchen, started some work, and the company dissolved. I lost a lot of money. I hired a second contractor to come clean up the work and began noticing little things that they were doing to cut corners and cover up things after the storm to speed up the project — which was already 9 months running. When I confronted the gc he blamed the contractor before him and eventually pulled out of the project, gave me the remainder of my money back but left everything unfinished and/or incorrectly finished. I honestly just wanted to sell my house “as-is” and be done with it because of the effort, time and money required to redo the kitchen correctly and what I already had invested. "The service provider was pleasant, professional and very responsive.  It's always a nightmare to experience a natural disaster but Drimax was sympathetic and managed to calm me down.  The response time was very good considering the fire took place 2 days before Christmas and he did get some crews out there on Christmas Eve.  They mainly put dehumidifiers the first two days (keep in mind it was Christmas Eve).  This didn't entirely make sense to me to have dehumidifiers running while the wet insulation was still there, but I have seen emergency restoration crews do this before so it must be protocal.  In short, I am grateful to the gentleman who gave up his Christmas Eve to help me out.  This is the best restoration crew I have used (sadly I have used 3 over the years).
