They even put the stuff back, not where it was but I don't think I could have either, too much junk. I was just glad they were considerate and didn't leave me with chaos. Decluttering is my problem not theirs. My floors look the best they have in over 20 years. My house is over 125 years old and I the downstairs floor had been ruined by previous owners, upstairs is beautiful hardwood. Although it's not hardwood the new farmhouse laminate is beautiful and easy to create for and I love it."

"They came when they said they would, the product (vinyl planking for a split stairway) looked nice both before and after installation. There was a gap on the side of one step and molding was needed on the two bottom steps, but the installer called his office and got approval to fix both after discussing options with me. They had to make a second trip since they did not have molding in a matching color in their truck, but were very nice about the whole thing. Looks great!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

And when I mover the movers took down the t.v. and mount and laughed at the amount of holes in the wall Not to mention I had to pay to fix it out of my security deposit. One of the movers recommended mounts r Us so figured why not just make my life a bit easier. It was easy I made the call schedule a text to come out The job was don't in less then an hour Nice guy who obviously knew what he was doing. Now I can sit and watch a straight and level TV with no wires hanging all over the place. This is definitely worth the cost of service.
