"Sussex provided us with an extremely high level of service in terms of professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness and quality during the process of building our custom home. Our house was a bit unique in terms of design and required a lot of custom work - all of which Sussex was able to figure out - a few elements were completely new to the market here in Helena and Sussex were able to find solutions to meet our requirements. "Initial estimate and communications was somewhat frustrating. Took two visits by Paradise to get the project info accurate, but once they did owner Matt pulled together a professional bid package, which was followed by a professional contract. Also, communications improved when I realized that they didn't have an office person to respond to voice messages, and I started communicating directly with Matt via email. Fence removal and installation was pretty uneventful and was completed in 4-1/2 days on some of the hottest days in June of 2015. Paradise has been very expeditious in honoring their lifetime warranty in repairing 3 small installation issues that have popped up from high wind events, the latest in February 2016 . Overall things went pretty well and I love the fence. I would suggest if you leave a voice message, to follow it up with an email."

"Rimrock was very responsive to any questions, design changes, and changes needed because contractor made some major errors. They had tough scheduling problems because the general contractor, against Rimrocks' and my wishes, made them put the cabinets in before any flooring was done. They even returned to help with the dishwasher problems caused by floor tile installed after the cabinets---which made the hole too small in the dishwasher base cabinet. Shawn put out a lot of brush fires during this new home kitchen installation, and Jay was a meticulous craftsman. <br />The general disorganization of the contractor made working conditions almost intolerable---but Rimrock Cabinet guys worked very hard inspite of it all! <br />There was also a delay in ordering the cabinets because of contractor financial mismanagement & lack of honesty, but Jim at Rimrock dealt with the situation very tactfully. <br /> <br />"
