"We were having a second bathroom installed and were buying all of the materials, even the drywall, tape, screws, and plaster, we just needed somebody to do the work.  The price he told us was $2,800 when he was done and gave us the bill it was $1,000 over.  He did a good job, he did seemed a little rushed (the whole thing took him 2 weeks) and there are a few things that we have had to fix like a leak in the shower, which was an easy fix and didn't take long.  He put the window in an odd place but we can learn to live with it.  Overall the bathroom looks really nice just wasn't prepared for the bill at the end.  All together with materials and his price we spent about $6800.

"CK and Chris did my second floor deck replacement that was rotted all through. He was prompt showing up and gave us an above fair estimate compared to the other quotes we got. He and his team set to work and helped me by filing all permits and designs with the township and HOA. They worked fast and were extremely focused on the details. I could tell CK was a company of integrity and even built it more sturdy than what was required by the township. Little extras, like joist tape and framing promise to make my deck last long beyond its expected lifetime. I had an issue with one board after it curled and Chris came back right away and replaced it free of charge I would highly reccomend CK outdoor creations for decks, and I have referred him to many with how beautiful his work on decks and patios work. 10 out of 10 would reccomend"

"It went fine, however, I was told the job would take roughly 8 hours for 1 person. It ended up being 15 hours, partly with a second handyman. So it was twice as much as we were expecting, and the price is already pretty high. Also, the second handyman brought an extra piece of siding that was not needed. We had already purchased a piece and had it painted, ready to install. So that was an unnecessary added expense. But I guess it's ok as we'll probably need it at some point in the future. What was really weird is that the same mistake happened when we had a piece of siding replaced a few years ago! Overall, they did a good job though, despite the cold weather."

"Out of the Ordinary Construction is a father and son team, they built a deck at the rear of my home after removing some dilapidated steps. They did an outstanding job, I was impressed on their work ethics and dedication to completing the project. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late evening; their professionalism was astonishing and amazing!! My new deck is gorgeous and I am a very happy customer, I will use this company again on a future project and I highly recommend them for anyone needing a project done. "Finally set aside enough money to do a deck project on my home. I've unfortunately learned over the last year of large projects that you absolutely get what you pay for with contractors. I'm handy, I do most everything myself, so taking the plunge with contractors is a difficult thing for me to do. I don't have the time, nor energy, to do large projects like a deck, so did some research. Found Stump's. From the very beginning of the project, I was impressed. Responsive to emails, estimate wasn't pushy, gave me options with explanations to why one options was better or worse, and since I'm an idiot with colors and such, they even offered me guidance there. Sold me. I went with a very large deck as I am not planning on ever expanding my home with more rooms and like being outside. Calvin and his crew were excited through the whole project and were very professional. Calvin even took some time to answer my overly interested questions on how the deck is attached to the home, I was basically making sure they did it right. If I'm paying someone to do something I can do, I want to make sure it's how I'd do it, and they passed with flying colors. I felt very comfortable during the whole project, never had to worry that they were doing something wrong, they cleaned up fully, there are no nails or screws in the yard that I have to worry about stepping on, etc. I mean top-notch people to have do work around your home. I can't say enough good things about Stump's, the deck is so solid it doesn't even move if I walk around it TRYING to make it flex. It looks awesome and I am extremely happy I went with them for this project. There's a reason they have 5-star reviews on Google, give them a call and let them show you what they can do, you'll be impressed."

"PRECISION and PERFECTION We contacted Jonathan Fisher of JF Construction in late January 2017 with the hopes of having our deck rebuilt in early spring. Jonathan was able to start the project in late February once the decking materials were available and finished in March. My husband and I couldn't have been happier that he was so willing to work through the cold days of winter. I have only the very highest praise for Jonathan's workmanship. Every corner, every joint, every angle displays a high degree of precision. Jonathan has his own internal drive for perfection and that easily shows through in the final results. Jonathan was open to all suggestions or requests and found ways to incorporate our wants and needs into the design. On multiple occasions, he was able to come up with innovative solutions to tricky construction details. One example was his ingenious design for removable skirting panels, which provides us with access to the area beneath the deck. When installed, the removable panels appear seamlessly incorporated into the skirting. Craftsmanship is hard to find and that is certainly what we received from Jonathan."
