"The total cost for replacing a bathroom ceiling fan/light was $1,050. There was no quote provided prior and when I researched the part after it was around $150. The tech spent 2 hours installing. When I reached out to the company they did not want to budge at first. Then they offered $100 credit, but I refused. At most this should have cost $700. $150 for the part + $50 markup and 2 hours at their excessive labor rate of $250 per hour."
