"Actually 2 jobs. The first involved the casework around 4 windows and the replacement of drywall that had been damaged. Dani did an excellent job, very careful and conscientious. Arrived on time and cleaned up afterwards very nicely. So much so that we asked if he would paint the whole sunroom as a second job. We provided the paint, and he came back to paint the walls and trim on the entire room in about a week. He was very meticulous in tapeing the woodwork, and the result was a great paint job, leaving the room much better than it was before! Great job and affordable!"

"It went very well! Darrel came out, gave us an estimate, which we accepted and set a date. He arrived at the agreed upon time, was courteous, professional and very neat. He had to remove all the old dry caulk around each skylight and replaced it... very neatly. With the window, he had to remove the wooden exterior trim and replaced it with Fhipon (not sure of spelling). It turned out very nice, and he kept to the estimate. We are very pleased with his work and will hire him again."

".First, Dave determined the source of water leaks and fixed the problem. He caulked everything that needed it, especially the 13 windows. He then applied bead board to the unfinished walls and did touch up painting. He also stained the frame of the newly installed sliding door. "They showed up early and worked throughout the entire evolution. They rotated lunches to keep progress moving forward. They were literally Bell Ringers in the most positive way possible. Worked from the min they arrived ( early) and were still working as they left at night. Great company. Heater works so much better than the one they removed. Much Quieter and more efficient. Demonstrated new Thermostat operation and explained every stap of the entire evolution."

"A couple of weeks ago the company that had been servicing our furnace announced they would “no longer be able to guarantee a specific technician to do scheduled maintenance.” Consequently, we began looking for another HVAC company. Based on comments by neighbors and Angie’s List reviews, we scheduled a visit with Ed Fickes from Zimmerman Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Yesterday Ed and Cody (a trainee) came out. Ed added sensors to our furnace that had not been in place before. He made adjustments that reduced carbon monoxide output and increased the efficiency of the furnace. We also added hot water heater and gas fireplace servicing (in the process, discovering three features of our gas fireplace we had not known about). At the end of the visit we scheduled our 2017 service visits from Ed, and he gave us his business card. It includes his personal cell number. He encouraged us to call him if we have any questions or issues. We seem to be off to a great start with Ed and Zimmerman."

"<p>It is hard to put a price on this review because we keep calling these guys back for this or that and their general handyman services are ongoing through all our big projects.  We live in an older ranch house (built in 1977) that is not necessarily falling apart, but it certainly has had to have some "work done" in the last few years.  All of our big projects have been previously reviewed:</p> <p>2013 - Flooded finished basement repair and remodel, including electrical upgrades</p> <p>2014/15 - Bathroom remodel</p> <p>                Window Repair (mold remediation)</p> <p>                Remodel of screened porch to a full sunroom addition - CURRENT PROJECT</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Each project these guys do could easily fall into every category because they do almost every aspect themselves.  Sometimes, the behind the scenes work the moldings, moving header beams, siding, framing walls, fixing sagging overhead beams, etc., tend to get forgotten in the big picture.  It shouldn't be, but we just can't cover them all.  We suggest you look at our other reviews, but if you don't have time for that, then know that whenever you need something done, GES PROPERTY PROS will do the best job for you at the best price.  You probably won't know when you start your project how much better off you will be for knowing these guys, but once you let them do that first job for you, there will never be a need to look anywhere else for your home projects.</p>"
