"The thermocouple wire on my Whirlpool water heater was worn out and Frank Sanchez came over on a Sunday morning (3/23/2025) to fix it. I bought a replacement thermocouple (approx $20) the day before from a local appliance parts dealer and Frank installed it. Cost to install the new thermocouple wire was $200. Frank was knowledgeable, competent and fast and I haven't had any more problems with the water heater since then. I'm a happy customer. Thank you Frank!!!"

An evaporator coil is the chilled indoor coil that pulls heat out of your home’s air. As warm air passes over it, the refrigerant inside absorbs the heat and sends it outdoors, leaving cooler air behind.
