"On a Tuesday night during a large wind and rain storm, my roof over my mud room began leaking rain water through our light fixture and into the ceiling in our kitchen. We had around 16-18 buckets of water that night. I knew damage had occurred, and although I dont typically place a claim with my insurance company, I knew this was obviously a time that I needed too. My claim representative was going to stop by on Friday to take a look and because another day of heavy rain was coming soon, I knew I needed someone to help with a Tarp and plans to repair the roof, so I placed a message on HomeAdvisor.com and Angieâ s list. I contacted around 4 roofers in the area. I knew that I could Tarp the roof myself, but I thought that taking the risk was just not worth it. I felt it was wiser to lean on someone with experience in that area, to be safe. On Friday morning, Zack from Skyline Construction Group called me. He said, he could stop by and help by first placing a tarp on my roof at no cost to me. I explained to him that a Claim Rep, would arrive around 12:00 and he said, He would also provide any support he could during the review of the damage, by arriving while the claim rep. was here. He said, having a contractor during that time can really help. No one else contacted me that morning, but Zack, so I agreed he should come. He also felt confidant that based on my description of the damage, that insurance would likely help on the roof costs. It was clear to me during our talk over the phone, that he had plenty of experience and to me at this time, I needed exactly just that. Zack arrived at 11:30 and reviewed my roof. He was very professional, kind and explained everything to me. I signed a basic agreement allowing work to be completed by Skyline Construction Group, that the insurance would cover, whether repairs or complete roof replacement. My claims agent arrived and began surveying the damage. It did not take long and Zack alerted me while the claims rep. was still reviewing my roof that, my whole roof would be covered, except that Id have to pay a deductible on my insurance and any smaller costs that were not covered under my plan/insurance. I felt that was quite fair. What Iâ ve learned after working with Zack and Skyline Construction Group , is that .. They tell you the facts. They know what they are talking about because they have the experience to back it up. They follow through with what they say. They also handle much of the paperwork involved with the insurance process which is an added benefit of working with them. My experience has been nothing but positive. Zack represented the company very well and I appreciate all their help in this process!"

"Pro line construction Kind, smart and efficient. Initial evaluation was thorough and actually went up on the roof to see the problem area, then fully explained. It's a relief to see an owner on site, in work clothes - beware the ones with shiny shoes, fancy car and a clip board! Not these guys - very professional. While on site, Tony looked around and noted 3 other issues. With no extra cost to me, he put back siding that was loose or had fallen off; repaired the wood rot around an upper window and replaced new aluminum molding to exactly match the adjacent window; and repaired my very leaky sky lite. I'm always impressed when a professional repair person can't leave a job without the premises being perfect even though it wasn't part of the immediate problem... and they come with fully equipped trucks for every job! Call them with your issues."

"We hired Ardian/Home Line Construction after meeting with 3 companies (we actually had a 4th estimate scheduled, but they never showed up for the appt.) to repair our front sidewalk. We ended up totally replacing it, as well as the walkway along the side of our house, where it meets the foundation. Once the front sidewalk was excavated, we realized that we needed to re-build the retaining wall for the front garden bed, because the wood wall was rotted at the bottom and the dirt was pushing it over. Ardian is a hard worker and has a lot of pride in his work. He also cares a lot about the customer being happy with the end-result!
