"I was in desperate need of a full kitchen remodel, from my floor to the drywall to the ceiling, the whole kitchen sink of you will ( pun intended) I contacted CSI and spoke with owner John, after a pleasant conversation he directed me to a veteran contractor of his, Cuban. Now im not a expert by any means, but Ruban was able to concisely explain clearly all that was recommended, and needed, done after his walk through and estimate. To include honest and accurate pricing ( i did my research after), to say I felt comfortable moving forward is a surety. Ruban came in on time and was diligent in all expectations moving through the remodel. New flooring, sub floor, tile, drywall, paint, a luxurious island, new plumbing installed, new lighting, cabinets.... everything, and I tell you, worth every penny. I am so glad I found CSI, I appreciate y'all so much. It's no wonder Mr. Whitmoyer and his company have been around almost as long I have LOL. I recommend them to anyone who asks, and I suggest you do the same!"

"At the beginning the work started well but by the end the quality of work especially the drywall was subpar. Tom is slow in getting a quote to you but does respond. Tom is very nice but his staff is not professional especially Dave. I thought with Tom being in business as long as he has would be able to provide in a professional manner quality work. It is not true. Tom asked if I wanted his guys to take up the carpet. I thought ok. However, they tore up to 10 inches of drywall off many of the walls. They attempted to repair them but the work was subpar. I thought they were winding up work so I contacted the painters. The painters came in. There was tension between the paint foreman and Tom's crew. They were squabbling like elementary children on the playground. (I am not happy with the painters either but this is a separate matter) The walls unfortunately got painted with the poor drywall job. The painter did provide a drywall person to repair the worse spots. There are still poor spots on the walls but I wanted Tom and his crew out of my space. Each of the respective parties were blaming each other. This behavior is so unprofessional. On Friday last week, Dave was yelling at me over errors I did in trying to improperly apply color to the walls so I could see what it looked like (I applied the paint way before any drywall began). Again, because of poor communication the painters just painted over the poor drywall job. I did agree to pay for it since it was my mistake that should have been brought to my attention long before it was even painted over. Dave did such a bad job that there were air bubbles in the drywall because he did not let it set before he painted over it. Tom did have his other guy fix it. It looks better but not perfect. I had Tom put two new toilets in the space. There is now a big gash in the brand new floor where the floor doe not meet the toilet. There was not even going to be an attempt on Tom's part to fix this. In my opinion, all of the unnecessary drywall could have been avoided by properly having his guys take up the carpet right to begin with. I paid over $8,000 for unnecessary drywall, If you only have Tom's crew do the bare minimum that you need done for your project, then you are in good shape but BEWARE of them doing anything extra as it will cost you!"

"It went really well. They were there when they said they were going to be. They left an accurate time line for how long the job is going to take and completed it within that estimated amount of time. They basically listened to everything I said that I wanted and it came out perfectly and as we expected. We're really happy with them taking what we anted and what we said we wanted and actually making it happen. Our Sales person, Ben Brown, did a really good job leasing between the workers. He's very attentive, listened to everything that we wanted and oversaw the job very well."

"It was great, and we are so happy with our new addition! It took about a year from hiring them to completion, longer than I hoped but it was worth the wait. There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. The crew leader Saul was so helpful and knowledgeable, answering our many questions and making sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. The bedroom, bathroom and closet are all fantastic and we appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into the work."

"They repaired water damage in a bedroom and a bathroom. Did a fabulous job in doing a through and complete repair of the two rooms. John the project manager walked my wife I through planning, selecting materials, fixtures and all the countless things we never thought of. The final result is stunning. Beautiful craftsmanship and work. On final walk through I pointed out a couple minor things I noticed that needed attention. Very nitpicking of me. Those couple of items were addressed quickly and better than I expected or asked for. I recommend working with D R J Construction for quality and stunning workmanship."
