"Bill Hall is awesome!!!!! We needed to replace 3 toilets in our 32 year old home. He met with us personally to advise of the types toilets available. He was willing to inquire whether it was possible to get a round and bone colored toilet. He installed all 3 toilets in a very timely and professional manner. He cleaned up after finishing his job. He also rebuilt a faucet in one of the bathrooms. He was pleasant and professional when he had to return to take care of a leak below the sink. We have NEVER used any other plumbing company than Isleys!! Family owned and operated----and it SHOWS!!!!"

"Excellent! The workers were very professional and did a great job of installing the Quartz as well as the Granite. JFG also had a professional plumber from Hamm come to the house to install all the plumbing (this was included in the price quote). While he was there we also had him do another unrelated plumbing job for us and that also went very well (we paid Hamm directly for the extra unrelated work)."

"Promptness was my major complaint. Pennington would say he would make it by the weekend, for example, to pick up the tub, and never show or call. It took many calls and reminders before connections were made. This went on multiple times throughout the course of the project. On the plus side, he had a cell, and would almost always pick up when I called, so at least I could touch base. After he took the tub, he said he should have it back in about two weeks. It was probably closer to two months. But apart from that, his price was lower than anyone else's I called. And from what I can tell, he did a good job. The tub looks good -- especially considering what he started with. He had to take off a layer of paint that someone had put on the inside of the tub, and the outer surface was unfinished and rough. Although if I had it to do over again I might ask how much extra to put enamel on the outside surface as well, instead of the dull white coating that was put on. Pennington made no complaints or extra charges for taking the tub up the steps, which was a challenge. And the capper -- once they brought the tub back, his son and helper insisted on putting on the new hardware I had to hook up to the drain for no charge. Even when I couldn't find all the pieces, they went to their truck and used their own hardware to finish the job."

"We met Chris and Caleb with an inch of water on the floor and a lot of frustration. They first got the 1yr old sump running again to drain the water down. Then the diagnosed the issue with the failed pump and replaced it quickly for approx $500. We discussed the backup system at the time but I honestly couldn't impulse that much and I wanted to review options. Waited 5 weeks and reviewed other options only to came back to the professional solution offered. Also realized the quote (under $2K) was actually very reasonable for the dual battery complete backup we had installed .. more of an investment than a bandage."

"Starting from the first day we visited Limpus Cabinets, it was clear that this family business has its act together and knows how to deal with customers. We were interested in replacing builder grade cabinets and laminate countertops with new materials and granite. Josh showed us some examples and gave us the pricing of the cabinet brand that they sold.  We had done earlier shopping of other cabinet sales companies in the Indianapolis area and were always given the top of the line materials and options at the top of the line cost. Josh did not pull the same sales technique but started us out with a moderately priced cabinet line.  This was quite refreshing.  As it turns out we went with a higher level of cabinet, however we were not pushed into a purchase that we did not want.  Josh also set up the granite selection, ordered a sink and coordinated the entire process.  The measuring steps went on without a hitch.  Many other members of Limpus Cabinets came to remove the old cabinets, countertops and island along with installing the new cabinets. They had everything taken care of very quickly, were very conscientious, tidy and were some of the best workmen that we have ever dealt with. Everyone we interacted with at Limpus was extremely professional and personable. If you are considering new cabinets, please consider this company for as painless a process as possible.

"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.
