"I had called Isley the previous week to inspect my sump pump, water softener, and water heater. The first two were fine but the water heater (which had been producing rusty water recently) was about to fail. So I ordered a replacement for the water heater and two damaged faucets. These were installed five days later, briskly and competently. The plumber showed me the extra performance features on the heater. On the previous visit, he had cleaned debris out of a shower head and faucet bubbler that greatly improved water flow. I've used Isley for years and this was another good service experience."

He even re-grouted an area of the tub that had been filled in inappropriately with caulk. Pat returned my initial call quickly and worked with my schedule to complete the work- recommending that we replace plumbing fixtures prior to him coming in. He is friendly, honest, and easy to work with. I have recommended him to many friends, all of which have been equally pleased. One of the best companies we have worked with over the last four remodeling jobs."

"On Thursday afternoon my water heater sprung a leak and was spraying water out the top. Fortunately I could shut off the water. The two Atwell guys were able come out Friday morning. I had my water heater that vents thought the roof, replaced with a power vent water heater that vents through the side wall. It was more expensive since the new venting had to be installed. I now plan on removing the vent pipe that goes out through the roof."

"The job was clean, timely, and efficient.  I was glad to find a local small business to send the work to.  I would recommend them again for sure.  My only regret is that we waited 5 years to call them!  I can't believe how much difference having a water softner makes!  
I also have to say that I had had several estimates done the year before and their cost was right in the middle or on less expensive end of all the estimates - not so cheap that you wondered about the quality of the work that would be done or the quality of the softner that would be installed, but not so expensive that you thought you were getting taken advantage of.  The price was exactly right where I was hoping it would be.
