"Michael Brandt Enterprises repainted my two-story house last week and did a fantastic job. They used Dunn Edwards Ultra-Premium paint, which is one of the best paints on the market. It looks beautiful and durable. They were on time, professional and hardworking (even in the hot Sacramento summer). "It was a struggle in the beginning.  The company wanted to charge more when they showed up to do the work.  They said they wanted to charge for fence post holes, something they said was not included in the contract.  We wanted to know why not? This greatly changed the price of the job. The contract had already been signed by our neighbor and me and prepaid (we worked through Home Depot).  We had long discussions back and forth with the people on their end (regional manager, etc.)  We finally told them not to do the job and we will get more estimates.  After all this, they agreed to do the job at their original estimated price.  After this they did a great job. <br />"
