This is completely unacceptable, as their technician failed to resolve the problem they were hired to fix. I am currently pregnant and have a 10-month-old baby at home. This is not just an inconvenienceâ itâ s a serious safety hazard. Breathing in gas fumes puts my entire family at risk, and Calfo Home Services refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. We will never use this company again. Beyond losing our business for our home, we also own multiple rental properties where we would have used their services regularly. On top of that, my mother-in-law, who we referred to Calfo, was planning to replace her furnace and air conditioning with them this spring. Now, she will also be taking her business elsewhere and sharing this negative experience. Itâ s a shame to see a company we once trusted care so little about their customersâ safety and satisfaction. Their unwillingness to correct their mistake is a very poor business decision, and itâ s cost them thousands of dollars in future business. Save yourself the frustration, and go with a company that values their customers and does the job right."
