"If I could give this company -11,000 stars I would. Stay away. I hired Simon and his crew to repair, waterproof, and install a French drain system. When Simon was done and I went to pay him he told me everything was under warranty and if there were any problems they would come right out. I thought it was a little strange that he was trying to get the contract back. He said he likes to keep it for his file? so I told him I couldn?t find it, but I still had it so I had proof of the work. The very first day it rained water still got in the same room that it was getting into before. I sent a video to the number I talked to Simon on numerous times before and it has gone straight to voicemail. I?ve emailed and still no response. It?s insane that they are even considered an approved pro by Angi?s list. I took a video but it won?t let me upload so here are a few pictures. You can clearly see the water getting through. $11,000 for absolute garbage work. Stay far away from this company. "

The lot was then graded, making it a perfect blank slate to install the hardscape. Joe was masterful at taking my abstract ideas and turning them into a work of art. I wanted a design that is low maintenance, aesthetically pleasing, and appropriate for an urban setting and I got EXACTLY that! His team of workers are skilled, professional, and every so patient! This was not an easy job, especially during this summer’s heat wave. The logistics were formidable, but they were certainly well equipped for the job."
