They did a front and back deck replacement with additional repairs (back basement wall was in bad shape once deck came off and front window under deck needed reframing). Tim was the single point-of-contact for all the teams: concrete team for the front pad and piers, carpenter team for all the deck work, back concrete pad and piers and wall rebuild, and additional drywall team for rebuild finishing. When the need for repairs was identified, Tim clearly explained the issue and laid out options with rough cost estimates. "First, let me say that I was thrilled with the work this company did for us. Sadot was great at communicating with me. He showed up with his crew at 7:00 am, just as he promised, and had the whole project completed by 7:00 pm that same day. We had him remove all of the old cedar boards from our two large decks and replace them with new boards. I also had him install some new posts for a wall I later built on one side of the upper deck. They even did some additional work beefing up some of the deck structure to make the existing posts sturdier. They hauled away all of the old decking and everything was completely cleaned up before they left."
