He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was “doable”, then he’d get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. An important factor with any working relationship, construction or otherwise, is communication. Ariel communicated and recapped progress and upcoming needs each and every day. He is extremely organized and his work ethic is impeccable. This translates to his teams of workers who have been with him for many years. I’ve read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn’t what the owner wanted, but I don’t see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did. Be clear with your vision, style, materials you like (and DONT like), and it will be a great experience. Again, this should be practiced in all aspects of business, not just construction!
