"Chester and the crew at Above & Beyond Construction are great! They completed our home addition and we look forward to working with them again on any future construction or home projects. Project - home addition above existing garage (bedroom and full bath) Budget - the stated budget was the final cost. Any additional costs associated with the project were well communicated (before the work was done) so we were not shocked or surprised. Craftsmanship/Work - the crews arrived on time and ready to work. They showed great respect to our house and neighbors. If they saw something that they were concerned about, it was addressed and discussed. The go out of their way to do it right, the first time. Chester was also able to find subcontractors that performed quality work that were budget friendly and timely (for example, we didn't have to wait days/weeks for an electrician/plumber to show up). We felt like we were their top priority even though they had other projects they were working on. Permits - Chester and crew handled the permits and communicated the project with our architect. His crew would also meet with the City for the permit inspections, which were approved on the first inspection because he and his crew do things the right way. They were very knowledgeable about what the City wants/prefers so inspection/permit process was easy. Communication - Chester was our main contact but we also felt comfortable talking with any crew members about our concerns. Chester was always available and just a phone call away to help resolve any problem or also answer any questions we might have about the process and next steps as the addition was being completed. It was great working with Chester and his team at Above & Beyond Construction and we would recommend him and his team."

"High Quality Painting does far more than painting and we hired them to renovate and expand our kitchen and relocate our bathroom. My wife and I are an interior designer and architect, respectively, and drew up the design ourselves, which included some high-end finishes. Salvador made several recommendations that we followed to improve the design. His team was polite and worked 8am-5pm, six days a week, until the work was complete. Any home renovation is going to be painful for the residents, but Salvador and his team reduced our discomfort and anxiety with good communications and effective dust control measures. His costs were fair and well-documented and he worked to make sure we were completely satisfied. He even had his team make improvements to our HVAC (that we had not asked for) to improve the air flow in the home. We had one call back for a correction, which Salvador promptly fixed. My wife and I highly recommend Salvador and his team and would definitely hire them again."

"Jack took detailed notes during home quote visit and provided us an initial estimate over the phone. His proposal was comparable to other bids we got. We decided to move forward and he sent us a written estimate via email. The first estimate was slightly over original amount due to known possibility with electrical and additional work we wanted. They started the project and it took about 6 weeks to complete. There were some bumps in the beginning with days/time they were working but we were able to sort that out and all was good. Ralph was the main guy that did most of the work. He did a nice job and made sure to clean up after the end of each day. Basement turned out great and We are very happy with it."

"We recently worked with LSVG Electrics to install our Philips Hue smart recessed lights into our family room. To start, the electricians from LSVG were fantastic. They arrived promptly and began by walking through the plan, answering any and all questions along the way. Since we had no existing ceiling lights they had to run all new wiring, map out the placement perfectly, and handle ceiling cuts. They did all this flawlessly - so well done we did not even need to patch or repaint the ceiling. The fixtures sit completely flush, and the Philips Hue system provides incredible brightness as well as amazing color customization. LSVG made sure all wiring was up to code, provided a warranty and verified the lights were all communicating properly with each other as well as the Hue app before leaving. They cleaned up as much as they could of any slight mess they created during installation. The whole process was very seamless and stress-free! We look forward to workin with them again."

"My friend recommended RO construction, and I was really happy with how everything turned out. Another company redid my floors, but they messed up lifting the ceramic tiles, which damaged the concrete. This made the wood floor uneven. The company refused to fix it by leveling the concrete. So, I got referred to RO construction, and they pulled up the floors, leveled the concrete, and put everything back. I was totally satisfied."

Site drawing detailed how the finished room addition and sun porch would look after the job was completed. Wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished job. They also had numerous prices and quality from low to high depending on the cost of the addition to which build. "Amazing experience with DemoWorkers. Monfilio and Drake were workhorses. They did in 2-1/2 days what would have taken me two months to do by myself. They took my goals and concerns into consideration and communicated with me every step of the way. They have the tools and the understanding of building systems to make it all look so easy. I was overwhelmed going into Monday morning but by Wednesday afternoon the work was done. It s Friday now and I still find myself standing in the space wondering how the two of them got it all done. My stress has evaporated and I am ready to get on with the construction. It was an unbelievably good experience to work with them. I have some follow up demolition coming up and I will definitely be hiring them again."
