"Set an appointment for the following week. Scott will need to order new lights and dimmers for the project and we set an appointment for January 8, 2022. Electricians called and said they were running one hour late with one of their jobs. Had problems locating the transformer boxes as two were hidden behind the cabinets and they couldn't gain access to them. They were able to replace the strip lighting above the sink area and said if I could find a replacement puck light for one location, they would be able to come back and install it, but indicated it would be more economical for us to have another job for them to do. We did have another project that was discussed. I would have preferred that the electricians try to find the replacement puck light rather than me having to do all the footwork."

Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."

"Steve just completed a few projects for us, removed a kitchen ceiling light, replacing it with recessed LED lighting, added pendant lights, rerouted conduit so taller cabinets can be installed, added a new switch controlled outlet, replaced hard wired smoke detectors that were original to the house, did some repairs to other outlets and just today updated our microwave to be on a 20 AMP circuit from a 15 AMP, something we had not even considered.
