Ramon came by and explained what they could do. They started and finished the door today. It looks much better than when it was first done. Moving stained glass from one place to another is challenging and they did it so beautifully. Ismael and the guys are artists. "It went great! They were a few minutes late--due to train and called me, which I very much appreciated. They came in and with canvas and plastic sheeting encased the entire area in the kitchen to keep the mess to a minimum. They were very polite and really hard workers. They never even stopped for lunch. They were careful to keep the door closed--as I could not find one of my cats and I was afraid he would get out. They removed the previous old light fixture and then patched the wall. I was asked where I wanted the placement of the four new lights and wow--just like that--four new holes were drilled and four new lights installed. They dry walled the entire area and not a seam shows. They ensured the lights go on from both switches. Clean up was done quickly and there was zero mess for me to clean up. After I had purchased this item on Angie's list--Mr. Dove had emailed me with a list of questions about the light fixture and informed me about the process and the time it would take. "We hired ZVN Drywall to transform the walls in our new home. The existing walls were orange peel texture with a glossy paint finish. They came in and skim coated the walls to be the perfect smooth finish I was envisioning. They also painted our living room walls and ceiling as they are high and hard to reach. I can't find a single imperfection in the walls. We are absolutely blown away. They protected our floors, windows, counters, door handles, etc and everything was left in clean condition. On top of their excellent work, they are also very responsive and will not leave you hanging like many contractors out there. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done.
