"Jake Q. from The Water Heater Company recently helped us with a tankless water heater inspection and descale, as well as installing a pressure regulator, valve, and some copper pipework. He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and Jake’s attention to detail. Despite the project taking a little longer than expected, I’d recommend The Water Heater Company and would gladly use them again."

Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

Our air conditioner stopped working and he was able to fix it and did some maintenance work on the unit also. He also pointed out that we needed to replace the air filter which services our hvac system, which we were grateful that he did because we had never had it changed out with a new one and it was long overdue. We signed up for their maintenance program so that our ac/heating will be inspected and maintained on a regular basis. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Wighton’s!"

More things ended up needing doing, but the plumbing was over 40 years old, so not surprising. Quickly took care of unexpected problems and didn't let anything bother him.
