"I worked with Ryan Black at BCIT Mechanical for my total HVAC replacement (Condenser, Evaporator, Gas Furnace, Humidifier, and Air Filtration System) and he did an excellent job with both the bidding process and the installation. I got a total of 4 quotes at the start of this project (BCIT came in as #2 of 4) and Ryan actively worked with me to accommodate some offerings from other contractors on their warranties and equipment provisions which set BCIT as the best value with my needs; so I went with them.
