We found it near the meter, so we call our local Water-Sewer Authority, who sent out a nice gentleman who said the problem was on <em>our</em> side of the meter so it was up to us to repair it. Foster Plumbing was out first thing. But they couldn't turn the water off because the "curb valve" on the <em>WSA</em> side of the meter was broken. Foster Plumbing wasted no time calling the WSA for us, and told us what was going on. WSA came back out and fixed their part of the job. "My sewer line was plugged up with roots and Water Source augured out what they could but the roots were pervasive and the pipe had to be opened up to be cleaned out.  They were able to isolate the infested section of pipe and, once I exposed it, went into the pipe to clean out the roots and install a clean-out.  They did a great job and didn't oversell me.  Also, they were extremely prompt and professional.  They were a little expensive but, as with anything else, you get what you pay for.  Highly recommended. <br />"
