They examined the situation and immediately went to work removing the destroyed electric equipment and getting replacement parts. within five hours they replaced the entire fuse panel, the external power meter, the tension pole on the roof and installed all new equipment including advanced surge protection to ensure the impact would be minimized if this ever happened again. They came back the next day to finish labeling the new fuse panel, checking outlets and even replacing outlets with GFCI to bring the house up to modern code. He also repaired a fluorescent light fixture, converted it to an LED, and did a great job. After it was repaired, he turned on a matching fixture in the kitchen and saw that it turned on very slowly, he repaired it similarly at no additional cost. Great customer service.
