"Had an issue with one of our double ovens not heating sufficiently. Used HomeAdvisor to get bids on the job, these guys were the only ones that reached out. Fortunately, they were well rated. I got a call within about 15 minutes or searching for providers. They had a tech out the next day to diagnose the problem; two days later, they were back out again to fix it. The techs are knowledgeable about appliances and our issue was resolved in the same week we called for help. Overall i am happy with the service. Some feedback for American Air-Customs, Inc.: I asked the tech to call me with the cost of the replacement part before coming out to perform the repair, I did not receive this call. When he showed up to repair the oven, he had the part in hand. Fortunately we wound up not needing it at all, but that could have turned into a very uncomfortable conversation. I also did not receive a phone call from the tech or dispatch with a date or time window for when they showed up to fix the problem (after the initial diagnosis). Luckily we were home and my wife was available to answer the door while i was on a work call."

Really appreciate the honesty of their recommendation. Would like to not throw away money on a short term fix when purchasing a new oven would be the wiser choice."

"A guy named Ethan reached out to me about the refrigerator issue and came ready to fix it. It was a common problem so the fix was rather easy, but he noticed another issue with the fan system on it that likely caused the problem in the first place. He left to get the part and came back to install it. Mind you I had already paid in full BEFORE he left! A shady repairman would’ve NEVER come back! Ethan literally went out of his way to get BOTH issues resolved and I’m a happy camper! My refrigerator is literally running like brand new!
