"Our oven was malfunctioning, and a replaced switch was needed. It was repaired quickly and effectively and has been doing great!"

"It is hard to rate this company bc they didnâ t really do any work on the built-in microwave/oven combo. It was not cost effective due to the age of the appliance. Really appreciate the honesty of their recommendation. Would like to not throw away money on a short term fix when purchasing a new oven would be the wiser choice."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"A guy named Ethan reached out to me about the refrigerator issue and came ready to fix it. It was a common problem so the fix was rather easy, but he noticed another issue with the fan system on it that likely caused the problem in the first place. He left to get the part and came back to install it. Mind you I had already paid in full BEFORE he left! A shady repairman would’ve NEVER come back! Ethan literally went out of his way to get BOTH issues resolved and I’m a happy camper! My refrigerator is literally running like brand new! Thank you Ethan, and THANK YOU TEXAS SON’S APPLIANCE REPAIR!!"

"Scott did an excellent job diagnosing the noise coming from our 20 year-old refrigerator and options available for repair or replacement"

"I called Sonart construction to give me a bid remodeling a kitchen. I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. Will definitely recommend to all family and friends."
