"Cesar worked on my window blinds that were stuck and wouldn't move up or down. He showed me what the problem was, which helped me decide that I will replace them instead of fixing them, especially since the fix would not last since the blinds were too big and heavy for the mechanism that raises and lowers them. He removed the 2 blinds as I asked him to and I'm happy to be rid of them. I found Cesar to be very courteous, professional, prompt and helpful in educating me about the issue the blinds had. I will definitely call on him again! I recommended him to my best friend within 5 minutes of his leaving my house."

"They were really nice. They were the only company who took their time on our schedule. They were very honest about the warranty of our AC. The gentleman was very pleasant to work with and explained all the cost. They were really nice to work with and great customer service."

I am a hard worker.

"Ryan and his company Hometown Air do an amazing job! They are reliable and quick to respond. I love having a piece of mind knowing that when they do work its done right the first time! Ryan and I have been doing business for almost a decade. Weather it be commerical service on one of the dozens of restaurants I've operated, or residential service for my family, Ryan has been an will continue to be the go to HVAC techincian for us!"

"It went very well and actually very quickly. The serviceman was quick to respond and quick to repair the Problem and was very courteous and knowledgeable about his task. He was also able to convince me to have or purchase the little bit extra service that Sierra Air provides for the home care service and I purchased the service package. It's always better to be prepared than not."

"Mr. Ferrell worked with my husband over the phone to fix the problem. It was surprisingly fast and stress-free. To have the work done remotely in less than an hour was wonderful."

"Super friendly and awesome customer service!! William and Vanessa are very professional and good at their work. Cannot recommend more! They will be coming around again to help me for sure!"

"Excellent customer service! I was able to get an appointment quickly. Jeff explained the process thoroughly taking time to answer my questions, got to work and did a great job cleaning the ducts in my 22 year old home. Amazed at the difference in airflow now! Friendly professional service. Affordable pricing. Highly recommend!"

"It went great. The service tech was very informative, helpful, honest and kind. I like to learn what and how they are fixing things and he didn't mind me in his shadow. We had just purchased this home and he noticed it was missing a very important part of the problem. He showed me the part that he needed to solve the problem, showed me how it worked and also informed me the part was aprox 260.00 which I wasn't prepared for. A few moments later he found the part tucked away under the sink. For whatever reason the prev owners left it there and never repaired it. I love an honest agency and highly recommend BFP. He even checked out a toilet I thought may need work. It turned out we were not flushing correctly as it was an old toilet but still operable. The total repairs covered the cost of the Angie's list offer of 49.00. Great deal!"

"Robert is a pleasure to work with. He works with you to make sure you are happy with the project outcome. He is reasonable and knows his stuff."
