This morning (Jan 22), when hubby got back from the post office at 9:15 a.m., they were waiting in the driveway, an hour early. He brought them in and they went to work. We were having electrical problems with some outlets not working, and the light over the sink and in the garage not working at all. According to the receipt, they ran line to the patio for two outlets and a ceiling fan, as well as installing the outlets. They ran a new line to the garage. They installed some new breakers in the panel. Hubby said they were professional and quick, and were done at 11:15. Hubby had bought wire and a couple of outlets. The electrician used all of it, plus some of his supplies, so we  paid another $204.60. Everything is working now, except for one outlet which was hard to get to. I think if I had been home, I would have found some more things for them to do, because they were there for only two hours. But, as of right now, they did a good job.

"We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
