The team that came out was professional in every way possible. There were no issues at all with the installation. Lastly, I appreciated that Steve was honest. As I mentioned I wanted the whole house refloored but was unable to do the entire tile job. I inquired about doing the tile job in piecemeal. Steve stated they can, but it would better overall to do the whole job for a unified look rather than piecemeal. I appreciated this because he could have said yes and secured the contract but thought of the customer's best long term interest. Due to the quality of work and honesty, I'd call Discount Floors Inc first for any flooring needs."

The price of cleaning the rug is based on its size and they will let you know if they anticipate problems with cleaning the rug. They also let you know how far out it's going to take to get your rug back to you. So it's not an overnight thing. It's at least three weeks and it could be more, depending on how busy they are."

On the day of my appointment the cleaner contacted me to advise that the current job he was doing was more detailed than he anticipated and he would be running behind schedule. He said he would call when he was on his way and he did. I appreciated the update as that allowed me to do what I needed to instead of wondering where he was. He was nice & professional but I'm rating a C because considering how much I paid, he couldn't get the small paint stains out of the carpet. It sucks because I bought the Angie's List deal specifically for that purpose. Other than that, the carpet looks great."
