"Jeff gave us fair bid for installing sod. We had our yard ripped up by concrete contractors installing a new patio/retaining wall. Because of the unusually wet, spring the "lawn" was pretty much just mud. The initial work was not above expectations. However, the grading wasn't done correctly so we had a problem with water drainage after they were finished. I called Jeff (after paying him in full, mind you) not expecting a call back. He came out the next day, pulled up sod and corrected the drainage issue by installing a drain and rock without charging more. I can be pretty cynical about contractors. I was happy to be proven wrong by Jeff at Missouri Turf."

I texted pictures to Matt, he promptly responded with a reasonable quote, took a VISA deposit over the phone, dispatched a crew to inject polyurethane though the ports that were epoxy secured to the wall – all in 2.5 wks from my initial contractor Google search. The cured epoxy surface was very smooth making finish painting EZ for the customer. The foreman offered advice on correcting the outside drainage that was contributing to the water entering the basement."

"Estimate./proposal done by Bryan. Knowledgeable and professional. Did have to reschedule appointment due to equipment problem on a job prior to my estimate. Scheduled the work with office staff (Chris) for a couple of weeks out. Got a call the afternoon before installation that they would need to move to the next day due to having to stop an attic blow in install because of rain. Very apologetic. Bryan and Tammy arrived a bit later than scheduled due to back up at the warehouse where they were picking up the spray foam tanks. Bryan and I walked through the job and made sure we both were fully aligned on the areas to be insulated. Job went smoothly and was done professionally. He did a good job of covering under a bay window to be sure it was fully insulated. Cleaned up the area very well after they were done. They use a fully automated system to schedule and sign off on the contracts. You will need to be somewhat capable technologically through smart phone, tablet or computer."

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally.
