"I started by reaching out to a number of local roofing companies. In particular to a prior company I had used before Because of good experiences. Ultimately, I found out that the sales team at H&M was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was great. They worked with me to help me understand exactly what was going to happen. They helped me with my particular budget for the customizations that my roof needed (Including new flashing, and a new vent or two, and installing a solar roof vent). That being said, Jill did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was responsive, took her time and listened to my concerns and feedback. Ultimately, my roof looks great, the leak I was having from the flashing is gone, I now have solar power For my attic vent. Iâ m very happy with the way this turned out. Probably the biggest issue that I experienced was that I found that there was a language barrier between the labor force, and the sales side/operational side. My wife and I were under the impression that our carport roof would match the main roof In terms of color (black). Ultimately, A white roof was placed on the carport. Additionally, We had some wood rot that we wanted to have repaired, and we communicated that initially. Unfortunately, when the job was complete the areas in which there was wood rot had not been replaced, and the labor team had to come back out to fix much of it. When the project was done, we had a ton of leftover wood that I had painted to be hung up, but it ultimately was not part of the labor quote, and therefore they didnâ t touch it. (I made a cornhole set). In summary, The sales team was absolutely phenomenal and I loved working with Jill. But I do think that operation there could be some improvements. The roof looks great and the gutters are now seamless with gutter guard (no more gumballs)."

"This was my lowest bid for 3 large windows. Initial call, estimate meeting, second measurement, and scheduling went perfectly. It took maybe 4 weeks this time of year for the windows to be made. The installers were on time in the 3 hour window (maybe and hour into it). They installed the windows very quickly. I was concerned about having flies and other bugs coming in with 3 windows out, but they were so quick, that I think only 1 fly got in. After the windows were installed, they used injectable insulation and framed it with a nice solid material. The previous window framing had a rubber substance that looked terrible. The front of the house (2 living room windows) looks completely updated! The 3rd window was the master bedroom. It also looks great! I would have given these two guys a 100% grade, BUT... the only thing that took the icing off my cake was I discovered several cigarette butts in my yard the next morning! Nasty! That, to me, was extremely unprofessional. Maybe Window World needs to require workers to only smoke between jobs and not during installs. We don't need dogs eating them or little kids messing with them, and I shouldn't have to pick them up, either.

With our house that was a daily occurrence. With everything that was done the house is able to keep the heat or cold regulated. When you touch the wall you feel a neutral temperature, the cold or heat does not seep through the walls like it used to.The house is also more sound proof to outside noises i.e wind, rain, barking dogs, people working in the yard (mowing their lawn) early in the morning. Overall the house maintains its temperature making it a comfortable living environment.We love the Pella windows that were installed and plan to replace all windows in our house eventually. The design of the windows make maintenance of the windows very easy and safe."

The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents.
