We bought a pre-owned home and most of the rooms already had crown molding, but we decided to have the remainder of the house finished as well.  To begin with we had crown molding installed, painted and caulked in two rooms - the office and the guest bedroom.  I am a perfectionist and we could not be more pleased.  Dana and his staff are very professional.  They exceed  expectations.  Lindsey is great from the initial appointment until the job is complete.  And Cassie is an artist in her field.  They want the customer to be completely happy with the job.  We are scheduling them to come out again after the first of the year to complete a difficult job in the master bathroom.  We highly recommend I Crown Homes for your crown molding projects.

We also are taking this opportunity to rescind our review of last May, after a number of unfortunate issues resulted in our canceling this crown molding project and getting our money refunded.  This fall we decided to try it again, and we are certainly glad we did!

"Upon arrival he and his employee did an amazing job prepping the home and repairing wear and cracks to a home that has been left for at least 10 years. He provided DunnEdwards evershield premium paint throughout. Not only did he do the exterior of the house...he applied a third coat to the western wall for durability, painted the walls either side of the house facing the street to match( I am on a half acre lot so far more wall than average). He also painted the interior of the walls in the backyard.
I asked for a twist in the application of the colour scheme choosing to paint an interior courtyard wall in a trim accent colour. This and all else was done perfectly and at a very high standard. There was no rush to get in and get out, rather stay until it was perfect and made sure I was totally satisfied.
I cannot recommend him enough for his abilities, knowledge and work ethics. Truly a rare tradesman today  and someone to hold onto for future projects and for your friends.

If we needed more flooring, I'd go to them in a minute. I highly recommend them. The only thing I can say that's negative, BUT no fault of Specialized Flooring, is that sort of work makes a whale of a lot of dust. :)"

"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"I contacted 3 Shimy's Home Maintenance & Repair because I had several small works of repairs and installation to do very quickly, following the move-out of our tenants. Michael has returned my call promptly, and he was able to squeeze into his schedule quickly to help me. The next day he was at the house to do the work. Also, I needed someone to clean the house throughout very quickly. I asked Michael if he could recommend someone. Michael has contacted a lady with whom he often works and does an excellent job; she changed her work schedule to accommodate because Michael asked her. Excellent work and cleanup perfect. I asked Michael to provide me with invoices and he has sent them the next day. Being myself a certified General Contractor in industrial, commercial and residential since 26 years, in Québec, Canada, I can assess very quickly the skills of a subcontractor. I asked Michael an estimate to install a Bathroom Vanity Top of 104 inches with 2 bowls, and I received the estimate the next day. He will install when the order will be ship at store. Michael is personable, knowledgeable in many trades, very professional, efficient and concerned about details, work clean and it cleans up once the work is completed. The service provided was high-quality, with excellent time-on-task. I highly recommend him."
