This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? He will be installing a fence, removing a concrete patio area and fixing the really ugly flower beds. He has been very helpful through this whole process. "We are doing a major remodel on our house. We shopped around for a suitable antique looking but modern kitchen. We decided upon granite countertops, and almond brush stained cabinets. We were recommended from a friend to use Tom to do the installation. Tom installed all of the cabinets and countertops. He was top notched and very detailed oriented. Everything was per the layout, and he brought any concerns up about the look of the final assembly to our attention to ensure it would meet our expectation. The walls on our old house varied by 1/2and quot; along the back of the counter. I had to do a triple take to tell the difference. He did final touch up, and the house has never looked better. <br /> Finally, he worked on a custom oak stained and varnished wrapped column. <br /> Tom works efficiently and without supervision.
