"Charles did an excellent job providing design recommendations for my kitchen cabinets and the kitchen itself. Based on his recommendations, he also expertly crafted matching “cabinet-like” doors to match the cabinets purchased. He incorporated this look around my free standing area that encompassed my walled-in downdraft stove which was previously covered in tile. He also designed my pantry door to my existing pantry area that matched the purchased cabinets. He saved me several thousands of dollars in lieu of purchasing new pantry cabinetry that would have required reconfiguration of the wall. I’ve received many compliments on the pantry door as well as the rest of the kitchen cabinetry remodel."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."

The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. "Very, very well. Initially MDZ Ultimate Builders framed our six skylights; what a great job-they do magic! They took great care framing these skylights and the plastic curtains hung from the ceiling of their work area kept the generated dust and debris to a minimum. The quality of their work and Tony’s willingness to offer me advice, as I was working on projects in my house, caused me to hire MDZ Ultimate Builders to do more renovation work: cutting concrete to run electrical wiring, running water lines, removing walls and installing some heavy appliances. The work MDZ does is excellent, Tony’s knowledge about construction and architecture is valuable while his willingness to offer advice to me as I am tinkering around in areas that MDZ is much more qualified to for makes me very comfortable recommending them."
