"Complete bathroom remodel plus renovation of a bedroom, laundry room, ceiling texture in laundry and bath, repainting of bedroom, laundry, and bath, installation of an exterior door, and minor electrical wiring repair in bedroom. Excellent work, no surprises with contract, timely job commencement and completion, 4 change orders handled without problem, and thorough daily cleanup through course of the work. Excellent, skilled staff. We are very pleased and received great value for the money paid."

"Joe at Somerville Construction did a fantastic job remodeling our master bath. He handled all aspects of the work -- including demo and removal of our old, rotting tub and shower walls as well as floor tile, and then installing the proper, moisture-resistant wallboard, building a half-wall and shower seat, laying tile on walls and floor (where his precision was very much appreciated), installing fixtures, and even installing a heavy clawfoot tub. Joe also removed some old, outdated cabinetry in our family room and built a custom entertainment wall, exactly to my specs. Lastly, Joe repaired and painted some outdoor wood columns that had rotted. Joe is amazing. He is also the fastest, yet most precise worker I've ever seen! Most of all, I want to say what a pleasure Joe was to work with. He had a lot of energy, and was willing to make changes as the job evolved. His main concern seemed to be making sure everything was done correctly and that we were happy with the results. He also made sure everything was tidy as he left the job each day. I highly recommend this company, and Joe will be the first person I call in the future."

"We enjoyed working with Charles very much! From our first talks you could see and feel the passion he has for what he does. We talked about what we wanted done, Charles listened and offered his advise. He was right there every time we called him with questions and what nots. Charles and his crew were there on time every day! (That was heaven). He will go with you to help pick out the right product for your job. We were out of town for the most part of this renovation, Charles would stay in constant contact with us talking on the phone, sending pictures, we really appreciated this! We would talk with Charles and tell him of something that we thought of and wanted him to do, (which was not part of the work order), Charles would just smile and say “okay, I can do that”. His patients, understanding and knowledge is amazing! We have also had Charles do a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms of our other condo as well. We love the work that he did, we have fallen in love with our home all over again! I would love to add pictures but it won’t let me, so sad We enjoyed working with Charles very much! "The multiple jobs that were done were started on time and completed in the timeframe as promised. Great communication throughout the jobs and always a smooth process. Would definitely recommend!"

"David wanted to ensure I was getting my time/money's worth. When I finished my list he knew I had not exhausted my time and kept asking what else he could do. It was a great experience and I would recommend David's company (JGB Renovations) to anyone who needs reliable service."

"I contacted Jerry originally to replace a broken window in my vacation home but did not use him since I ended up replacing all the windows in the house. I then removed paneling from a wall inside the house and needed it to be drywalled and painted. Jerry made useful suggestions and also insulated the wall and matched the textured paint that he put on the wall to the other walls in the room. He did a great job. In addition, Jerry kept in constant contact with me since I was doing the renovation project remotely and there were no surprises with the work.I would recommend Jerry to any of my neighbors and friends.
