"A++++!! If I could give a higher rating I would. The technician just left my house. My washing machine has had a slow leak for awhile now. Everytime I do laundry I have to dry the floor off with a towel. I called Atl City Appliance Repair. The technician came out and was ver professional, handed me his business card and listened to the issue. About 20 minutes later he called me into the laundry room and explained there is a small hole in the drum and was very honest with his advice. He said it would be too cost prohibitive to replace the entire drum, much better just to purchase another washing machine. I was so grateful because I have had these appliance companies come out in the past and they usually try to sell ice to eskimos. Not this one. I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty and I will absolutely only call this company in the future for my appliance repair needs. I also appreciated the service call fee was $45. That is totally fair + reasonable for the mileage and assessment."

"I had my appointment with Mr. Harmond W. on May 07, 2022. It was rather easy to set up appointments and the site makes it rather easy to reschedule (which I've had to do). Mr. Harmond W. was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I've read great reviews about his appointments on here. We pinpointed the problem by process of elimination. For my particular model (Whirlpool) he's seen the common water leak issue I was experiencing. Oftentimes, filter housings need to be replaced. Mr. Harmond W. just confirmed my observation and I am glad I may now rectify the issue. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harmond W. sent me the exact part needed via email . One may shop around at different retailers to purchase the part. Neli also sells appliance OEM parts as well by partnering with other companies. I will be going with another retailer/seller since the price was much lower with a good return policy and a protection plan option as well. For $35, one can't beat that. A diagnostic evaluation alone may range from $150 and up. I was able to pinpoint the problem and order the part. I won't be arranging for an appointment to self-install. One has to know where to draw the line. I will hire someone once I have the part in hand. I already have someone in mind, also referred by Angi. Luckily, I didn't have to do any thing too cumbersome. I gained some handy tools at well. I really liked using the nutdriver vs a screwdriver. So I've added all the necessary tools I need for the appointment to my collection, and they will be handy in the future. Overall this was an optimal experience and I would certainly refer and use Neli in the future. If you are confident in unscrewing/re-screwing, and removing parts of your appliance, I'd say give it a try. NOTE: Also understand that this an all virtual service. An appliance repair professional doesn't not come to your home at no point in time. Neli offers self- diagnostic guidance to determine the issue with your appliances. Neli sends you the part number. You purchase it, and then may opt to make another appointment to install the part. If the task is too difficult, then you may opt to hire an appliance repair professional. It's up to you to decide. "Called several places for quotes and decided on G Force plumbing. Rob J came by on Jan 4th 2016 to initially install a 50 gallon electric water heater. I then decided during the install that I should go ahead and replace the gas water heater located in the basement as well since both were the same age. Rob made a call to have a gas water heater delivered to my home and installed two water heaters the same day. Rob was great and very professional. Fast forward to December 12th when I had my furnace tuneup performed by a Heat/Air company. The guy noticed that an expansion tank was installed in the upstairs water heater but not the downstairs. He suggested I contact the company that installed the water heater. I contacted G Force to ask if that was normal. Jamie had indicated that Rob may have thought that the one expansion tank was all that was needed due to how he thought the water lines were configured. Jamie did say that an expansion tank should be installed in by the basement water heater after describing to him the number of bathrooms we had at the house and where each water heater was located. Two nice guys from G Force came by five days later to install the expansion tank and finished the job within 20 min. Installed two water heaters and pressure reducing valve. Everyone I dealt with at G Force have been nice and professional. I will definitely use them for my rental properties."

Reached out to this company over the weekend. I received a call back Monday morning and a Wednesday morning appointment was scheduled. None of our repairs were an emergency (unless you consider a wine cooler not cooling an emergency!).

Alex was great! he called before arriving so I knew when he'd be here. He took a quick look at the two appliances I was concerned about and was very quickly able to ascertain that they were fine.  With regards to the upright freezer he confirmed the problem was simply a blocked condensation line that we can easily unblock by defrosting ourselves and flushing the hose.  He offered to do the work but since we know how to do that we'll take care of it ourselves.  We wanted a technician to have a look in case it was something else but it is a simple fix, albeit one that is a pain to have to do a couple of times a year!  The wine cooler however had stopped cooling and as it turns out it is not an easy fix, nor an inexpensive one.  It will cost as much to repair the compressor as it did for us to buy the unit brand new so we're opting to replace with a new unit instead.  In total Alex was here for about 45 minutes.

I truly appreciated that Alex was upfront about the issues, offered us options, and didn't just go ahead and do work that was costly or unnecessary.  Given that we are not "DIY-ers" with regards to appliance repair, I wouldn't have known what was reasonable or not so again, I very much appreciated his honesty.
