"I've used Atlanta City Appliance Repair several times. Outstanding service is provided from the time the appointment is made to when the technician completes the job."

"Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

"I hired DS Home Services to install LVP flooring in two bedrooms. Dan was very professional. He did a great job removing the old carpet, putting down the new flooring, new quarter round, and thresholds."

"Both appliances are working just fine"

"Mike called me immediately after I sent him a request. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the part. He swept behind my stove where I did not have to. I highly recommend Mike. Mike also took the fee off that I had to pay when he first came out since I used him."

"Responded immediately to my inquiry and provided a quote via text based on information I provided. (I needed a new in ground natural gas grill assembled and installed to replace an existing one). Adam kept me informed on his timing and availability. He did a great job and also cleaned everything up afterwards. Very friendly and I highly recommend Bruce Piping based on my experience."

"unfortunately, had to replace the entire faucet. but it only took Mike about an hour. worth not having to run to Home Depot 2-3 times!"

Reached out to this company over the weekend. I received a call back Monday morning and a Wednesday morning appointment was scheduled. None of our repairs were an emergency (unless you consider a wine cooler not cooling an emergency!).

Alex was great! he called before arriving so I knew when he'd be here. He took a quick look at the two appliances I was concerned about and was very quickly able to ascertain that they were fine.  With regards to the upright freezer he confirmed the problem was simply a blocked condensation line that we can easily unblock by defrosting ourselves and flushing the hose.  He offered to do the work but since we know how to do that we'll take care of it ourselves.  We wanted a technician to have a look in case it was something else but it is a simple fix, albeit one that is a pain to have to do a couple of times a year!  The wine cooler however had stopped cooling and as it turns out it is not an easy fix, nor an inexpensive one.  It will cost as much to repair the compressor as it did for us to buy the unit brand new so we're opting to replace with a new unit instead.  In total Alex was here for about 45 minutes.

I truly appreciated that Alex was upfront about the issues, offered us options, and didn't just go ahead and do work that was costly or unnecessary.  Given that we are not "DIY-ers" with regards to appliance repair, I wouldn't have known what was reasonable or not so again, I very much appreciated his honesty.

We would hire this company again.
