Owner Scott Elliot arrived on-time with his two experienced assistants. Their large trailer contained every tool and lifting aid needed for a complicated install of the 300+ -lb oven. They dealt with two surprises: a protruding electric junction box, way in the back to remove and re-wire; and the top cabinet crossbar required a Sabre-saw trim-up to fit in the new oven. Both expertly done. He took ( and showed us) inside-oven level readings to assure us that multi-layer cakes would come out uniformly level, not slanted. Scott was fastidious about installation of the stainless steel trim pieces, getting them perfectly level and aligned with the perfectly installed oven.
