"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

"I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.
I thank William and his crew for a job well done, and Curt (the owner) for his flexibility.  I highly recommended these folks.

"Very professional and prompt. They completed my job within the three days as promised. I would recommend them for waterproofing and structural issues."

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"I enjoyed the time they came to quote my basement flooding. It was very tough to decide, but I was veyr happy with their professionalism."

"Will & Frank were great. They dug up an area from the outside and installed a French drain that went all the way to my backyard fence. No leak with today?s rain! Works splendidly!"

"From start to finish - top notch! Will arrived timely and completed a thorough inspection, even inspecting an area (crawl space) that I wasn’t contemplating, but desperately needed some work as well. Quotes (yes, 3 of them) were provided to delineate the differing areas and work - along with related warranties. We received a quote from a competitor, and AquaGuard was the best value, most comprehensive, and best warranty. Scheduling went seamlessly with Justin (though they didn’t update my phone and kept calling my husband). The crew, lead by Marquise, communicated their arrival about 30 mins out, arriving timely. He professionally introduced his team, Joseph and Stephon for the crawl space on Day 1 and Alex for the basement on Day 2 - and they set to work. They laid covering over the carpet to protect it from this Georgia red clay. Working productively, with care and thoughtfulness to achieve a job well done. Once they finished up the work, Marquise walked me through the full effort and provided photos of the results within the crawl space, and explained the maintenance needs clearly, then we finalized payment. Highly recommend AquaGuard for your waterproofing and stabilization needs. Professional, courteous, timely, thorough, and competitively priced. Thanks AquaGuard for my dry basement and secure foundation in my addition!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Review for Vasquez Waterproofing Vasquez Waterproofing did an outstanding job installing a French drain in both my front and back yards, and they also tackled some pretty extensive water damage around my front bay window. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the entire project was completed in just two days — super efficient. Big shoutout to Jack for his excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were kept, and the worksite was left clean. I’d absolutely recommend Vasquez Waterproofing for any drainage or water damage projects. In fact, I’m already in talks with them about another job. Solid team, great results."
