"Seth from Omega Force clearly was looking out for my best interest through his recommendations to repair or replace my refrigerator. He was completely trustworthy and my sense is that this is reflective of the ethic of the company. Highly recommended..."

"I was impressed at how quickly the appointment was scheduled and how efficient the repair was. Mike arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it working again within the hour. The service was professional, honest, and fairly priced. I highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable appliance repair."

"came quickly and were very friendly and professional just unable to help me repair anything."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Dryer heat hadn’t been working for some time. They immediately diagnosed the problem, went to the truck to get the replacement part, and hooked it back up within a short period of time. Very professional and kind! Very affordable price too. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them for any other applicable issues going forward."

"I had a unique situation where I had an old dryer and wanted to replace the old white vinyl (dangerous) dryer hose with semi-rigid aluminum. I had all the parts needed as I had attempted this (unsuccessfully) as a DIY project. Dan was very responsive and quickly understood the project scope. He immediately discounted his normal $120 service call rate to $80 and got me promptly scheduled. He came out on time and got the job done efficiently. I was very happy with his work (and willingness to accomodate a small project) and will definitely keep him in mind for larger appliance projects."

"I will not know until spring whether there are any issues with the repair. The plumber was on-time, professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. However, the cost of $168/hour was simply too much. I feel there is a professional plumber out there that can do a good job, but at a more reasonable price. I will keep looking."

"Replacing the washing machine wall box valve went well. Dave went over what he needed to do before doing the work. Dave was very friendly and courteous. Dave arrived on time, prepared to do the work. After original task was completed Dave asked if we would like anything else looked at while he was onsite. Dave did an excellent job for a fair price."
