"I waited awhile to write a review to see how the replaced grout held up, and I’m happy to report that 10 months later there have been no issues in the primary shower. May 2025 I had Oscar redo the grout in the primary & guest showers. The primary shower is used almost daily & the work is 100% better than our poor attempt to do it ourselves a couple year ago. The guest shower is only used when people visit a couple times a year, so Nov 2025 after family left we noticed the grout in a corner was peeling away. I contacted Oscar to get it fixed, & he immediately offered to fix it the next week. We had family coming again in Dec 2025 so I wanted to wait to see how the grout held up after a week of use. The grout has since survived & now I’m finally getting around to writing this review. I’ll definitely be having him come again to fix any grout & tile work in the future. Even for a small project he was professional both times & took the work seriously."

"Excellent. We replaced a wood burning fireplace with a gas fireplace. We asked the company to see if they could remove the old tile without damaging it, a tricky task requiring some finesse. They managed to do that very well, and we were able to clean the old tile and have them place the tiles around the new fireplace which required a lot of precise cuts to fit the new fireplace size. They did a great job, and replaced/repaired and textured the sheetrock surrounding the fireplace. The workers were very neat and cleaned up everything when they finished. Highly recommended"

"My bathroom floor had to be replaced due to a water leak. Juan clearly explained to me what needed to be done. He met me at the tile store and helped me select the tile for my bathroom. That was very appreciated since I did not know anything about tile. He arrived on time to do the work. The work was completed in 3 days. Juan was very neat and clean with his work, cleaning up everything upon completion of the job. I am very happy with my bathroom floor."

They were both friendly and professional, and I felt very comfortable with their presence in my home. The were very conscientious of little details like cords coming out of the walls and giving me shoe covers to use while the carpets were still damp. "I had purchased a wireless video door intercom which I needed to have installed. Carlos read the "installation" section of the manual in less than one minute and quickly grasped what needed to be done. He had to make a trip to Home Depot to get materials to cover some of the exposed wiring. He did a good job in less than two hours for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call him for my next handyman repair job.
