"I waited awhile to write a review to see how the replaced grout held up, and I’m happy to report that 10 months later there have been no issues in the primary shower. May 2025 I had Oscar redo the grout in the primary & guest showers. The primary shower is used almost daily & the work is 100% better than our poor attempt to do it ourselves a couple year ago. The guest shower is only used when people visit a couple times a year, so Nov 2025 after family left we noticed the grout in a corner was peeling away. I contacted Oscar to get it fixed, & he immediately offered to fix it the next week. We had family coming again in Dec 2025 so I wanted to wait to see how the grout held up after a week of use. The grout has since survived & now I’m finally getting around to writing this review. I’ll definitely be having him come again to fix any grout & tile work in the future. Even for a small project he was professional both times & took the work seriously."

"Highly recommend! Brian did a fantastic job tiling our master bathroom shower. We used a herring bone tile for the floor and niche which required a lot of precision cuts and attention to detail. We also opted for a linear tiled floor drain which required a lot of attention. We also replaced the floor tile and it came out perfect. Brian is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality finished product he puts out. He was prompt, responsive, clean, and timely. He went above and beyond to ensure we received the shower we envisioned. Brian also helped coordinate with someone to come out and install my glass shower door. Juan regularly checked in with me to ensure I was happy with layout design, spacing, tiling, grout, installation of fixtures, etc. throughout the process. He provided good recommendations, while also having an open ear to the home owner's wants. True to his word, there were no hidden fees. The cost for the labor was as discussed prior to the start of the job and material costs were transparent. Also true to his word, Juan demo'd old tile, prepped the shower area for new tile, re-tiled, and did finishing touches (e.g., grout, re-install fixtures, etc.) in 2.5 days straight, so you don't have to deal with long wait times between steps/work days. As an additional plus, everyone at the Juan Infantas Tile group was very respectful of the home. Everyday, they newly covered floors, and they cleaned up (e.g., vacuumed, removed floor coverings, etc.) before leaving for the day."
