Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Castroville, TX

"I am so happy we chose Diamond Decks to replace our 20+ year old deck. The deck is absolutely beautiful and well constructed. The master carpenter Jody is a perfectionist, very, very humble though. One section of the old deck had not been installed correctly and they met with us, explained what was wrong and how it needed to be changed. We are so happy with the deck. We will call on Diamond Decks again for the next phase of our deck project. Our neighbors stopped by several times and were equally impressed and one even plans to use DD for his deck."

"The process begins with a visit by Kyle who took the time to listen to our plan, survey and take measurements and then come up with a drawing based on a short discussion. He was sensitive to our budget and he quickly made adjustments to meet that budget. I'm not going to go into the whole process from contract agreement to final hand-off but needless to say, every activity from HOA plan approval, scheduling, demolition, delivery/pickup of materials, construction, staining, and change order was clearly communicated to me and handled by either Aaron or Mike. It also helped that I was there to watch the progress and if questions arose, Juan was there to talk to me directly. I was always informed of what was coming next, when, and who would be my contact during those phases. Communication seems to be an important focus of their company. I noticed that this company focuses on the details and quality of their work - I could tell immediately tell by how precise Kyle drew up the deck plan during the sales visit and then later during construction the details of the deck framing, by Juan and his crew, how quality focused this company is - I'll never see the framing again but it was nice to know it was done really well! Finally, when the steps that were built were just not right, Mike took the time and effort, worked with Kyle to quickly re-design a replacement and get that re-built in a very short amount of time. I want to thank Kyle, site managers Aaron, Mike, and builder Juan for all the hard work put into this project. I know it's not the biggest project they've worked on but I'm very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their work to friends and for any future projects I have."

"I recently had a deck built by Paradise Decks & Spas. I was pleased from sales to inspection. Fredrick the salesperson was very knowledgeable and his presentation was without pressure. No empty promises! He was upfront about timelines and the timing was reasonable. Mike who built the deck did a great job. Jamie in the office was helpful and courteous. The inspector also named Mike was professional. I would highly recommend this company."

"Very professional and lives up to their guarantee."

"Our experience was AMAZING, Marcus Peter's was our salesman and he was OUTSTANDING! He reviewed all options and cost up front, there was never any pressure to buy. He worked with us within our budget. He was extremely helpful and professional,he was always available to answer any questions or concerns via email, phone or in person! His work ethic was impressive,to say the least. Tyler, the project manager was also top notch, very honest and kept us updated from start to the completion of our project. I would also like to give a GREAT BIG APPLAUSE to the laborers, especially Juillo and his team who worked nonstop and effortlessly on our project. We couldn't be any more satisfied, with the finished outcome! The key to your company's success are the people that you employ! Thank you"

"I will always use him for any future pool work. He has good work ethic and is a great guy."
