He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

He took a great deal of time in explaining the problem to me, actually showed me the cost of parts necessary to repair, which was as much or more than a new stove. He did not try to push an expensive repair on me. He made thoughtful recommendations on a new stove, and even gave me a couple of hints on issues with two other major appliances.
