They were professional and enthusiastic about working with us. There is so much I could say that was positive about our experience. We did have some change orders which he accommodated, worked into the schedule and charged fair prices for. This included demo, framing, tile removal and flooring replacement, drywall, plaster, painting, electrician, laborer, HVAC work and the finish carpenter doing all baseboards, casing and installing new doors throughout. One of the most notable aspects of our experience was the adherence to both timeline and budget. We were given a three-month schedule and a comprehensive budget. The job was completed in three months, and aside from change orders, the final costs matched the initial budget."
