"Southern Arizona Rain Gutters are expensive, which is okay if the results justify the expense. The gutter instal was good, but the installation of the rainwater collection tank left much to be desired. They did not install a first flush, which was verbally discussed, and worse, they used cheap sewer pipe instead of schedule 40 PVC pipes, which made retrofitting very difficult. When contacted about this problem, they blew it off, and despite dozens of texts and calls, they did nothing. I have rarely seen such poor customer service. I would not recommend this company, and I hope another company with better business ethics will take note and fill this void."
