"Plumber knew right where to explore for leak; made only a modest cut into wall; found problem and replaced galvanized steel hose bib with a copper one. Then, in a preventative move replaced two other similar outside spigots."

"ACS did an outstanding job on our new air conditioning/heating/water heater installations. We received a top notch product, solid duct work, and great attention to detail. The staff are friendly, interested in helping, quick to respond - really they are a superior organization. Received the first big bill of the summer - the new system reduced the electric bill by 35% and the house is cooler and more completely cooled than with the previous system. The reduction in noise level is substantial. Of the five companies that came out, ACS was the only one to suggest our living room noise level could be handled with a baffle between the utility closet and the outlet. I gave them an A in pricing. They were not low bid on the job, but the quality of the unit provided, the superior installation and confidence in their ability to maintain the unit in the future are worth the money."

"Jason came to my home to give me a price for new A/C. Had 4 companies give me a quote. Told Jason was thinking about replacing because of R-22 gas . He stopped me and explained what you hear on gas after Jan 1st not right. Gas will be available, just price going up as become less available. Also other gases at less price will work. Honesty that got him my business. He recommended the Brand they normally used. Told him I Perfered Rheem. All other companies wanted more for Rheem. He gave me same price as his brand.Came in much cheaper price and also included 4 service after included in that low price. They had great father, sons team come to my home for install. Very professional, clean and did install in 4 hrs as I was told. Honesty is hard to find. They even cleaned my heater for winter with no charge and fixed a faucet on hot water tank also no charge. THANKs you Jason and your crew. Fantastic job. Looking forward to doing business for many years."

"I also had a new water heater installed. I'm very happy with the new sink and faucet. They brought the water heater up to code and it all looks great. Very friendly and professional."

"My sales guy, Elton Cross, was very knowledgeable. He explained the difference between a water softener and a water treatment system to me to help me decide which system I really wanted. He was very patient while I struggled with Experian to unfreeze my credit report so he could process the finance contract. He was very pleasant to talk to. My installation team was also very pleasant and courteous. The system isn't active yet because it has to soak but they will be back when the 48 hour period is finished to hook me up for that good water to come through those pipes to my house. Can't wait. I will hire them again for my next project. Thanks Elton and team!"

"I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!! They go above and beyond to satisfy and do a professional job. Thank You Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo and all the office staff that assisted in keeping me comfortable in my home."

"The plumber called before the expected time window was up letting me know he would arrive a little bit late because of his current location. I had both garden hose spigot valves replaced, and then when the final check showed that the pressure regulator was not regulating, had that replaced as well. Well done, no leaks, thorough clean-up, and complete replacement of the insulation on the exposed main water line where it comes up into the house. Would recommend."

"I needed some help moving a washing machine and dryer into my laundry room after a renovation of a floor replacement. The company came out right away, was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job installing the appliances and taking care of our needs. I would highly recommend this company."

"Tankless water heater installed in June developed a leak and corroded. The heater was not installed with proper clearances per the install manual of the manufacturer. However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."

"I’m really happy with the work RPM Plumbing did installing my water heater. Brady was dependable, easy to communicate with, professional, and clearly knows his trade. The job was done right, the workspace was left clean, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything before he left. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing water-heater or plumbing work."
