"Our Hardscapes project consisted of construction of a concrete curb and paver strip along the front street side portion of our lawn followed by fescue sod in the front. Also installed were a large decorative stone wall and smaller stone wall in the front garden. Additionally, a short stone wall was constructed in the back garden. Entire project moved along smoothly & in impressive condensed time frame. We are thrilled with the aesthetics of the completed project, the fact that the labor crews have been with Hardscapes for a significant time and are treated like family, and also something that is increasingly rare in today’s hurried environment-good communication regarding weather delays, anticipated start dates, prompt response to questions & project design tweaks. "In early June, I contracted with Robco to build a deck with a $10K deposit, but still have yet to complete the permitting process. Today is Oct 14. In the past, when they wanted to reach me, it was fast. There were challenges - Wake County referred the permitting over to Cary. Cary said today they're waiting on Robco. For 10 days, I've been unable to contact anyone via phone or the portal - all voicemail boxes are full. I have a bad feeling they've gone under. A+ up til now."

"They never returned our call. Our neighbors have had work done & heard that Outdoor Artisans no longer work in SC. Not sure if this is true but we were disappointed because we did like the work done at 2 of our neighbor's houses. Rated a B rating because they appear to do good work ?"
