"Weeded the flower beds around the entire house. Worked in 90+ weather. Cost was higher than I planned to spend, but they did a good job."

"Big project but queen city was avail day and night for questions. Our outdoor space is now an oasis/resort. Our masterbedroom fireplace is out of a magazine. All handmade master craftsmanship.... Amazing"

"It went very well. Raymond was super communicative and professional. Did a very good job and while small, the project was not easy due to soil conditions. The wall has done exactly what it was supposed to do and rerouted the water and held back the soil."

"This was an extremely satisfying experience!! Jerry's company built me a beautiful step matching both brick and motar very well. The gentleman that came out was courteous, prompt and an expert craftsman. I could tell he took great pride in his work! He definitely wanted me to be happy. He built the step in a very short time, cleaned everything up completely and was on his way! ANd there is more to this story: I needed to add a brick step as there was only a platform to step onto get into my home. When Jerry agreed to come out, he also noted that some previous motar work was mismatched. After I shared that information with my HOA, the HOA representative actually asked me for Jerry's contact information. Jerry came out to price correcting the previous mistake. Now it appears Jerry's conscientiousness may result in additional work done "the right way!" I am thrilled to highly recommend Jerry Beele!! He is an honest, caring and sincere person whom I feel would do an excellent job for you. Please contact him!!! I surely will if the need arises again. Thanks Jerry!"

"Great job by James and his crew!!"

"In early June, I contracted with Robco to build a deck with a $10K deposit, but still have yet to complete the permitting process. Today is Oct 14. In the past, when they wanted to reach me, it was fast. There were challenges - Wake County referred the permitting over to Cary. Cary said today they're waiting on Robco. For 10 days, I've been unable to contact anyone via phone or the portal - all voicemail boxes are full. I have a bad feeling they've gone under. A+ up til now."

"They never returned our call. Our neighbors have had work done & heard that Outdoor Artisans no longer work in SC. Not sure if this is true but we were disappointed because we did like the work done at 2 of our neighbor's houses. Rated a B rating because they appear to do good work ?"

"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."
