Working with Lisa (office manager) and Mike (project manager) [once the project was approved by the HOA] was great. They kept me updated throughout the process and when there were delays (weather, material out of stock), one or both emailed, called or texted. "Albert came to take a look and provide an estimate (I had talked about doing some external painting as well, which I've decided to postpone).  I then took some time picking a color.  Albert came back out to provide some guidance and opinion on that as well ... he was extremely patient with me!  :)  When they came back to paint, they did the kitchen, kitchen doors and trim around the kitchen and the den (which needed some touch up).  They also took on the additional task of removing a child gate prior to touching up the trim on that door, since I wasn't able to remove the gate myself without tearing up the doorframe.  They did a great job and everything looked really good!
I also just realized that this is the first review I've written for this company, but they also did some work for me back in 2006.  They removed wallpaper and painted in 2 bathrooms and then just pained another bedroom.  I was trying to match the trim to the shutters, but had picked a color that was a bit too light and the contrast looked bad to me.  They had already done a bit of work on the trim (although it wasn't complete yet) and I talked to one of the guys, who VERY nicely and professionally offered to match it for me.  So he went to the paint store and came back with a match.  I expected them to be a bit annoyed, since they were just about done with the trim, but he was so helpful and nice about it. 
In one of the bathrooms, I saw that they had done touch ups to repair the walls prior to painting that I hadn't even asked them to do.  It's not very often these days, that people either pay that much attention to detail or take the time to go above and beyond to actually do things "right".
I was so impressed with them in 2006, that I hunted them down again this year and I will do the same again next time I need work done.  They did a great job!

"The service was very good. We had some problems with them finishing the construction which created scheduling ambiguity and confusion. It also took much longer than it should have, roughly three months to complete the deck. Other than that we're happy with the work that was provided and the quality of the deck is good."

"Fence installed by Mr. Sizemore alone. He had no crew. Said we did not need survey - having to survey again because new tenants in the new house next to our property line saying fence on their property (in some places) but no problem with them?!?. Lot of left over fencing and cement which we paid for but gave to Mr. Sizemore to move from our property. Plat of fencing and plat of cement left and approximately 20 bags of cement was rained on. Fence not installed the length we paid for so we lost money!!!!!! He was to do another project for us to replace wood under carport which we paid him an additional 600.00 to do and he used old vinyl siding already there saying he did not know anything about siding. He supposedly replace the top with the right boards? Used stain he had left over from another project which was not the color we were supposed to have because he said the heat ruined left over stain from the fencing. Now the siding trim is falling down - not a professional job at all. He is a good person but needs help with his business. Said he was trying to get help but no one wants to work!! He did a professional job with the fencing that he did install but we lost money!!! If on neighbor’s property, fencing will have to be removed!!! A potential issue Nightmare!!!"

"I can't say enough good things about the people who worked on our home. From my first contact with Corey, I had a good feeling about this organization. We had some pretty extensive tree and water damage. Saúl and his crew replaced all the damaged siding, fascia, etc., and the door into our crawlspace (a non-standard size that required a lot of extra effort to ensure that it sealed correctly). We live in a brick house with a small amount of siding. They painted the exterior siding, trim, shutters, gutters, and downspouts, re-screened our large back porch, and stained part of our deck. They found things others had missed and my husband and I are well pleased."
