"I giving five stars to a provider I did not hire. I was looking for someone to come out and sand down my quartzite countertop. It had not been sealed for three or four years and there were some stains and some water damage. I had hired someone to come out of few months ago to do the job. He cleaned and polished as best he could, but he could not take care of the damage to the quartzite so he suggested that I contact someone who had the proper tools to sand the countertop. Sam called me shortly after I submitted the request and we went over the details of the scope of the job. After listening to what I wanted to have done, he told me that he really did not want to take the job because sanding the quartzite countertops would probably do more damage to them. So here we have a contractor actually turning down work, being transparent, and providing his honest advice to a homeowner. I don’t know that you can ask for more than that from any contractor."

The sales associate was informative, helpful and communicative. Got to installation very quickly (within a week). Installation was done well and clean. "The fiberglass shower floor in our master bathroom cracked and needed to be replaced. I contacted Russ and made an appointment for him to come and give me an estimate. He arrived early on the appointed day and gave me an estimate to replace the existing shower floor with tile, grout the new floor, reinstall the shower door and touch up cracked grout as needed. Our responsibility would be to purchase the desired tile and grout of our choice. Russ was very specific about how much material we would need to supply for the job and suggested a dealer to check out because of the wide selection they offered. We chose a 12x12 natural stone tile that was a nice contrast to our existing tile. Russ and his son showed on the desired day to start the job and were very professional and careful in their work. They cleaned up afer themselves and the finished job is wonderful. You would never know that our new shower floor wasn't original. I would definitely have Russ come back and do more tile work in the future if needed."

We also had a little trouble with the granite not fitting well against the planning desk wall which required World Stone to come out the next day and reposition. They were very responsive."
