I had recently moved to a new home with two dogs who desperately needed their freedom from a leash. Joey met with me, had materials ordered and my fence installed in about a week. Joey stayed in touch every step of the way (and has a great sense of humor!) His team showed up a few minutes before 8am and was ready to head out by 3pm. The receptionist was very pleasant took my info each time and said the area consultant would give me a call within 72 hours. To date I have not heard from Hal Co Fence. [UPDATE 6/26/2020 by Angie's List] - After my review, I was contacted by Chuck, one of the representatives. He explained that they were busy keeping up with demands due to closure as a result of COVID. I was able to get Chuck to come out the same day to do the estimate and I received my estimate the next day.
