Nate Hileman, the Pond estimator assigned to our project, worked with us over a period of several weeks to plan the project, identify and address the issues that might arise with our 100-year-old home, and answer my numerous questions. During the removal of our old roof, and the installation of the new one, Pond Field Supervisors Juan Lemus and Robert Kern were on call to supervise, troubleshoot, and ensure the crew had what they needed, when they needed it, to complete the work. And the crew who did the actual work - I cannot say enough good things about them! Seven guys who worked liked beavers for two 12-hour days to get the job done and done right. "The contractor was hired to replace a 15yr old roof after hail damage. They were doing a lot of work in our neighborhood at the time. The install was done very quickly and they worked with out insurance co to get us the most accurate assessment of the damage. They also replaced our metal roofs gutter& down spouts and many window screens. The whole process took about 3 months to complete. This was caused by a labor shortage and working with the insurance co."
