"Beitzell did a great job for us.  The estimator was punctual and professional, and the price was $1600 less than the highest of four bids we received - for better quality construction than offered by the highest bidder.  Our lot is not flat, so the fence had to run up and down hills and was very much a custom job - no pre-built panels.  The work was done in one day, the crew was neat and hard-working, and the quality of the fence fully met our expectations.  We paid half up front, and the rest after the fence was completed.  I would use Beitzell again without hesitation - absolutely nothing not to like.

"I signed up for the Angie's List special - two hours of electrical work for $99.00. This company had a good ratings on Angie's List, so I felt comfortable giving them my business. Had some difficulty in setting up the initial appointment, but finally got it set for July 7th, between 8-10am. The morning of the 7th I waited and waited. At 10:30am I called the company, but didn't get a response. I called again and someone eventually picked up the phone. I explained that I was waiting for an electrician and the woman said that she would contact the electrician and have him get back to me. It was another 15-20 minutes or so before I got a call from the electrician. He said that they had forgotten about me and he would have to come out after he finished his job in Centerville. He estimated an arrival time of 11:15am (I live in Alexandria). At 11:40am the electrician still wasn't at my home and so I called the company again. While I was on the phone, the electrician arrived at my back door. He was over two hours late, but a nice man. He got the ceiling fan installed in about 30 minutes. The work was done well, but it didn't require two hours and he didn't offer me any discount for making me wait or for not using the entire allotted amount of time. Overall, I'm happy with the work, but not sure that I'd use this company again - unless that can make it easier to schedule appointments and be better about keeping them. Instead of only yes or no choices for "Would you use this provider in the future?" I would like the option of a "Maybe" button. That's what I would really choose for this company.
