Talked to a few companies about what I needed and and Andrew was great on the phone call that morning walking me through some questions I had about costs, timeframe, etc. When he got to my house we went through the two projects I had originally asked about and one that I didn't think I be able to fix yet. Sufficed to say when the dust settled, not only did we do the two original projects but we added the third and biggest project and their total cost was lower then the other two places I had contacted even with the additional project. Both guys were not only extremely professional with their attention to detail in their work but also nice and comfortable with conversations so I felt like they just good guys. Finally, the whole process from conversations to getting the materials to finishing the work was done all the same day. Bottom line is that I can't say enough about these guys and their work ethic. "Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on.
