What he said was causing it was when they installed this toilet they didn't, according to him, install some kind of metal weird ring that I don't know what he called because the flooring was taller. It is not leaking anymore so I guess I would say it was working okay. He really didn't tell me after looking at it what the costs were going to be until he actually finished it. He started doing everything and was doing all the work and I did not know what the bottom line was going to be. I would like to have known sooner. That was the only complaint I had. If I remember right he was on time. It is hard to remember exactly that long ago. Once he got into it he should have told me how much it was going to be for both parts and labor.
